7 Reasons SPEED3™ Sets the Tone for 2026 Golf

Golf shoes don’t usually get people talking. Until they do. Usually that happens somewhere around hole six when your feet still feel fresh, you’re not sliding around, and someone in your group asks what you’re wearing.

SPEED3™ will cause a lot of those conversations this season. Here’s why.

1. A Golf Shoe That Doesn’t Feel Stuck in 2012

Call it what it is…  this might be the best-looking golf shoe of 2026.
Clean enough to keep that classic golf feel, athletic enough to look current, and somehow packed with more tech than most shoes twice as loud about it.

The colorways are our favorite part… Solar Orange brings energy without going overboard. Glacier Blue stays crisp. Navy Surge keeps the traditional crowd happy. Midnight Pulse lands right in that sleek performance lane.

They work with joggers, tailored golf pants, or whatever’s been in your regular rotation. Course, range, or clubhouse afterward, you can style them however you want.

2. Morning Dew? Soft Fairways? You’re Covered.

Maybe it’s early-morning dew you didn’t plan for. Maybe it’s mud waiting exactly where your ball landed. Either way, golf conditions rarely stick to the forecast.

The fully gusseted tongue system on the SPEED3™ blocks water where most shoes leak, right through the lace line. The waterproof upper handles everything else while still breathing thanks to four strategic ventilation zones that dump heat and moisture without letting debris sneak in.

Feet stay dry while the temperature stays comfortable. No heavy, swampy shoe feeling halfway through the back nine.

This was one of our most advanced waterproofing systems to date and it’s backed by a two-year waterproof guarantee for total confidence no matter how wet the round gets.

3. Tough Where It Matters

Durability mattered when SPEED3™ came together. That Tactical Grid Ripstop reinforcement around the heel pulls inspiration from elite hiking gear: materials designed to handle real terrain and real wear. Bringing that into golf means the shoe holds its structure while still staying breathable.

Advanced antimicrobial grain-textured microfiber keeps things soft, comfortable, and temperature-regulated while helping the upper maintain its look through a full season of play.

Plenty of rounds later, they still feel fresh and look the part.

4. Your Toes Finally Get Some Space

If you’ve worn SQAIRZ before, you already know the toe box is a big deal. That roomier platform stayed exactly where it belongs in SPEED3™.

Toes can spread naturally, balance feels more locked in, and weight transfer through the swing gets cleaner. The performance data lines up with what golfers say: about 12 extra yards, roughly 3.9 MPH swing speed bump, and tighter dispersion around 30%.

If this is your first pair, get ready. Ground connection becomes obvious fast and it tends to show up on the scorecard.

5. Traction That Keeps Up With Aggressive Swings

Traction is where SPEED3™ really flexes. Hybrid SmartTraction™ pairs six replaceable SoftSpikes® positioned under key pressure zones with more than 290 strategically placed traction lugs at varying heights. That layered system keeps consistent ground contact through every phase of the swing.

Those lugs aren’t random either. Height variation and placement help maintain grip during rotation, lateral movement, and weight transfer.

And with free replacement spikes for life, that traction stays fresh season after season.

6. Engineered Energy Return Built Right In

Walking 18 adds up. Especially when you play often.

NRG™ Foam EVA midsoles absorb impact while still giving energy back. TPU anti-torsion heel stabilizer keeps the foot steady during rotation so things don’t feel sloppy late in the round.

  • Then there’s the Blumaka® anti-slip performance footbed.

  • 14% more energy return.

  • 17% more cushioning.

  • About a $60 aftermarket upgrade already built in.

Blumaka® used to be something you’d add after buying shoes. Now it’s built into every pair we make. Anti-slip stability, real energy return, and legit comfort. Once you play a few rounds in them, it clicks pretty fast.

7. Thoughtful Design Everywhere

Mid-round shoe adjustments get old fast. Sta-Put™ silicone laces hold tension so you set them once and move on.

The athletic-cut heel adds security. The pull tab makes entry simple. Everything feels dialed without extra effort.

From there it’s just golf… and whatever’s waiting in the clubhouse after.

The Big Picture

Seven reasons got us started. The rest show up when you play.

SPEED3™ is setting the pace this year.

Would hate for you to be watching instead of wearing.
