The third event of the PGA Tour season has brought some of the world’s best to famed Torrey Pines in San Diego, California, for the 2026 Farmers Insurance Open. Headlining the field this week is Brooks Koepka, who made the cut on the number while playing his first PGA Tour event since 2022.
Koepka was reinstated earlier this year in a surprisingly quick fashion after getting his release on Dec. 23, 2025, becoming the first star to return to the PGA Tour since LIV Golf launched. He spoke this week about his decision to return, highlighting his family situation and Tiger Woods’ role in helping convince him to primarily work stateside again. While Koepka was nervous earlier in the week, he has somewhat calmed entering Moving Day, particularly because he will not be in contention for the title.
Pole position on the leaderboard belongs to Justin Rose, the 45-year-old Englishman and 2025 Masters runner-up who set a new 36-hole record at Torrey Pines after tearing up the course over the first two days. Rose enters Saturday’s third round with a four-shot lead on the field, seeking his 13th win on the PGA Tour and second in as many years after claiming the St. Jude Championship last August.
Immediately chasing Rose are Seamus Power, Joel Dahmen, Max McGreevy and Si Woo Kim, who round out the top five. No one else is within seven shots of Rose, who now has the opportunity to play steady golf on his way to a potential early season victory.
Here’s how you can watch Rose, Koepka and the rest of the stars contend with Torrey Pines this weekend.
