Annual golf retail education event returns to Orlando January 26 with interactive workshops, three learning tracks and industry networking
ROCKLIN, CA — The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) has opened registration for the 2027 AGM Retail Conference, taking place Tuesday, January 26, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Held as part of the 2027 PGA Show in Orlando, the AGM Retail Conference brings golf retail professionals together for a focused day of ideas, conversations, and practical takeaways you can bring back to your shop. The conference features three retail learning tracks — Merchandising, Marketing and Management — allowing attendees to choose the sessions most relevant to their roles and move between tracks throughout the day.
Interactive workshops and educational sessions will focus on practical strategies that attendees can apply at their own facilities, while networking opportunities throughout the day give golf retail professionals the chance to exchange ideas, discuss shared challenges, and build relationships with peers and industry partners.
“The AGM Retail Conference is one of the few opportunities during PGA Show week for golf retail professionals to spend an entire day focused specifically on the business of retail,” said Jennifer Morton, CEO of the Association of Golf Merchandisers. “Our goal is for attendees to step away from the day-to-day, learn from experts and one another, and leave Orlando with fresh ideas they can put to work when they return to their facilities.”
The conference is open to both AGM members and non-members, with professional development credits available through the PGA, LPGA, and PGA Canada.
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are included with full-day registrations, and the day wraps up with access to the AGM Product Preview Reception from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, providing an additional opportunity to connect with industry partners and explore products ahead of the PGA Show.
