New location in one of the area’s most vibrant communities is now open and offering golfers elite club fitting experiences

ACWORTH, GA – True Spec Golf, the global leader in custom club fitting and club building, is opening its newest location at Governors Towne Club. True Spec North Georgia has moved from its original location in Cartersville and is now open to the public and booking appointments for fittings. This undertaking is the latest in a growing number of partnerships that brings True Spec’s bespoke fittings and best-in-class customer service to prominent venues around the country.

True Spec North Georgia is home to one of True Spec’s signature state-of-the-art mobile fitting units and is slated to become a full indoor-to-outdoor studio in the future. The premium facility utilizes Foresight GCQuad technology and features True Spec’s brand-agnostic fitting matrix of over 70,000 clubhead and shaft combinations from every major equipment manufacturer. That functionality enables True Spec’s master club fitters with the ability to find the best equipment to improve a player’s game. Each club is custom built at True Spec’s Scottsdale headquarters to the exact specifications derived from the club fitting process.

“Over the past three years, hundreds of golfers in the North Georgia area have taken advantage of our Tour-level fittings and have raised their game as a result,” said Scott Anderson, President of True Spec Golf. “We’re happy to now continue to provide the highest level of service in the industry at our new home at Governors Towne Club.”

Governors Towne Club, which was recently acquired by Evergreen Partners, is a fully private luxury gated development with nearly 300 custom-built estate homes. At the heart of the community lies an 18-hole championship golf course masterfully designed by Curtis Strange. In addition to the expansive 84,000 square-foot campus, members and residents also enjoy a resort-style aquatics center, eight lighted tennis courts, and a full-service spa and fitness center. Evergreen Partners has recently added on site lodging, pickleball courts, reimagined children and youth areas, golf simulators, and has made numerous improvements to the golf course.

Consistently ranked by GOLF Magazine and Golf Digest as one of America’s top club fitters, True Spec’s master builders are the nation’s undisputed leader in luxury club fitting.
