Industry Veteran with Over 15 Years of Experience to Lead Strategic Growth and Operational Excellence for Wholesale Division
WINNETKA, IL — Midspring Sport is proud to announce the appointment of Asa Harp as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Wholesale. Bringing over 15 years of leadership in the country club and hospitality industry, Harp will oversee the strategic direction and daily execution of all wholesale operations.
Harp joins Midspring Sport with an extensive 25-year background in the golf industry, most recently serving as Merchandise Manager at The Quarry Golf Club. With a proven track record in P&L management, sales forecasting, data management and policy implementation, Harp has consistently delivered strong results. Notably, Harp is an expert in leveraging technology platforms and CRM tools to optimize processes and enhance organizational cohesion.
In this new role, Harp will provide the strategic leadership necessary to align sales, marketing, and customer outreach. In this new role, her first task is to grow the sales team. We are actively looking to hire four to five new independent sales reps to support Midspring across the country. “Asa’s deep industry knowledge and experience as a green grass buyer makes her the ideal leader for our wholesale division,” said CEO/Founder Shannon Arniel. “Her expertise will be instrumental as we scale our operations and continue to “Elevate Your Dress Code”
