Blending a shared commitment to supporting the modern golfer through active participation and innovation towards the future of the game.

Las Vegas, Nev. – MGI Golf, global leader in technology for the walking golfer and maker of America’s No. 1 electric golf caddy, is proud to announce a multi-year strategic partnership with the Golf Fitness Association of America (GFAA), naming MGI the category-exclusive electric golf caddy partner of the GFAA.

Built on a shared commitment to health, performance, and the future of the game, the partnership positions walking as a cornerstone of modern golf. Together, MGI and the GFAA will advocate for active participation and innovation that empowers golfers of all ages and abilities to move more, play better, and stay in the game longer.

As part of the partnership, MGI will serve as a presenting partner across GFAA digital platforms and live activations, including the GFAA Awards Luncheon, the PGA Show, and the PGA Demo Day Health & Wellness Pavilion. These initiatives will amplify the importance of movement, fitness, and walking as essential elements of performance-driven golf.

“MGI is a category leader whose commitment to walking and performance aligns seamlessly with the GFAA mission,” said Dr. Steven Lorick, President of the GFAA. “As America’s #1 electric golf caddy brand, MGI enables golfers to walk more, move better, and play the game for life.”

“Walking has always been central to the game of golf. As America’s #1 electric golf caddy brand, MGI is committed to innovation that enhances health, enjoyment, and performance,” said Miranda Turner, CEO of MGI Golf. “Partnering with the GFAA allows us to further champion walking as an essential pillar of modern golf while supporting professionals who are shaping the future of the game.”

Rick Summers, CEO of PGA Magazine, added: “PGA Magazine works closely with the GFAA to elevate education, recognition, and professional engagement across the golf industry. This partnership with MGI reinforces the importance of health, fitness, and walking as essential components of the modern game and aligns with our shared commitment to supporting PGA Professionals and the future of golf.”

The partnership officially launched at the 2026 PGA Show and Demo Day on January 20 – 23 in Orlando, Florida with expanded collaboration planned across education, media, awards recognition, and industry engagement.
