Meldrum House, the country hotel & golf course near Aberdeen, has unveiled its Golf School schedule for 2025, offering top-quality tuition, luxury accommodation and dining, plus a host of off-course activities to provide golfers with the ultimate four-day improvement package.
Led by Head Teaching Professional Neil Marr, one of the UK’s Top 50 coaches, the Golf School package includes a three-night stay with breakfast, plus a round on the standout Knights Golf Course on arrival; 25 hours of instruction; three dinners and four lunches, along with a tour of the Glen Garioch whisky distillery on the final afternoon.
“We’re thrilled to offer this superb tuition package aimed at golfers wanting to improve all aspects of their game and get a plan to hit their goals in a luxurious setting,” said Marr, who has over 30 years of experience as a PGA Professional. “These Golf Schools have been popular in the past thanks to our world-class practice facilities that extend to 24-acres within our estate, giving the ideal environment to work on improving your game,” he added.
Each guest will also be given a goody bag and have access to the practice facilities during the stay, as well as video analysis to look back on and continued remote coaching with Marr via the Skillest online platform for one month after the conclusion of the Golf School.
Ranked among Scotland’s top 100 golf courses, the Knights course is a parkland layout that meanders around the 800-year-old hotel and into their 240-acre estate. It extends to just over 7,000 yards from the back tees and features water hazards on 10 holes to provide a good challenge, while five tee positions on each hole make it a great option for golfers of all skill levels.
The Teaching Academy at Meldrum House incorporates a 13-bay driving range, powered by Toptracer, with the option of grass tees; a short-game area with three USGA-standard greens; plus a dedicated pitching area that includes bunkers and a putting green.
The Golf School will be held from Sunday to Thursday on five different occasions between May and September next year on the following dates – May 25-29, June 22-26, July 27-31, August 24-28, and September 21-25.
