designed to measure golf-specific fitness and track progress tied to on-course performance. A New Standard: The Golf Fitness Handicap
At the core of the new app is an all-new Assessment, Testing and Handicap system that evaluates mobility, strength, and power across 10 performance metrics. Scores update as training improves, creating a clear benchmark similar in purpose to a traditional golf handicap, but focused on physical preparation.
Connecting Training to Performance
The new assessment system links movement quality and strength gains to measurable outcomes. Golfers see how physical improvements support swing efficiency and durability over time, reinforcing the connection between fitness and performance on the course.

The redesigned app includes additional tools to support consistency, motivation and community. New features include a Golf Fitness Handicap scorecard, weight tracking, on-demand workouts, weekly leaderboards, and access to the DRVN Pro Shop. Members also receive expanded coaching guidance and educational content within the app.
