Powered by CourseRev.ai, the first-of-its-kind Dynamic Pricing and AI Revenue Management platform for golf course operations reads occupancy, weather, events and competitor rates to set the right price for every tee time

CourseRev.ai has announced its AI-powered dynamic pricing and revenue management system for golf courses, ForeTee.ai. The platform continuously reprices a course’s tee sheet, day or night, using live demand signals rather than fixed rate cards. Operators choose how much control to hand over, from free pricing insights to a dedicated AI agent that manages pricing on its own.

ForeTee.ai is built on the CourseRev.ai ecosystem and syncs with a course’s existing tee sheet provider, so there is no new system to learn and no need to switch vendors.

Ending the static rate card

Most golf courses still price tee times from a rate card set weeks or months in advance. A sunny Saturday morning and a rain-threatened Tuesday twilight slot often carry nearly the same price. The result is revenue lost at both ends: prime times that sell out too cheaply, and soft times that go unsold.

Airlines and hotels solved this problem years ago with revenue management. ForeTee.ai brings the same discipline to the tee sheet, built specifically for how golf courses sell inventory: by tee time, player type, rate type, and 9 or 18 holes.

How it works

At the core of ForeTee.ai is an intelligence engine that feeds twenty live data sources into a single price elasticity model. The signals fall into four families operators already recognize: tee sheet and demand, macro and tourism, behavioral and digital, and competitive intelligence. Tee sheet signals include occupancy, booking velocity, cancellations and rebookings, so prices rise as inventory gets scarce and recovered slots are never undersold.

Key capabilities include:

  • Three operating modes. Automated AI adjusts prices continuously within set guardrails. Rule-based mode applies simple thresholds, such as raising the price $10 once occupancy passes 80%. Expert Approval keeps a human in the loop: the AI recommends, and managers approve or override in batches. Courses can switch modes by course or by season.
  • Granular, explainable control. Each signal can be turned on or off and weighted from 0 to 10. Every recommendation shows the base price, each signal’s contribution and the final price, in plain numbers.
  • Price guardrails. Minimum and maximum prices by player type keep every recommendation inside the course sets.
  • A pricing command center. One dashboard brings together AI recommendations with live reasoning tooltips, batch approval and publishing, real-time revenue metrics including revenue per available tee time (RevPATT), price impact reports and year-to-date, monthly and weekly revenue forecasts.
  • A Pricing Expert AI assistant. Staff can ask plain-language questions, such as why today’s occupancy is soft or which tee times are weak, and get answers drawn from the course’s own data.
  • Predictive demand heat maps. A single grid shows bookings 14 to 30 days ahead, filterable by morning, midday or twilight, 9 or 18 holes, and date range, with export and fullscreen views for staff briefings.
  • A “what-if” simulator. Operators can test pricing strategies, such as a weekend peak or a storm day, before they go live. In production, simulations run against the course’s own historical data, using bandit-style learning to improve over time.

“Revenue is in our name for a reason. At CourseRev, everything we build is designed to put more revenue in the hands of golf courses and operators,” said Manna Justin, co-founder and CEO of CourseRev.ai. “Our team has led the way in bringing AI to golf, drawing on deep experience in machine learning, reinforcement learning and LLMs. ForeTee is the culmination of that expertise: a dynamic revenue management system that helps courses fill more tee times at the right price.”
