DANVERS, Mass. — Tournament Solutions announces the appointment of Brian Lucas as its new Managing Director. In this role, Lucas will oversee company operations, drive strategic growth initiatives, and further strengthen Tournament Solutions’ market position.

Lucas brings extensive experience from leadership roles at Callaway Brands and Acushnet Holdings Corp., with a proven record in business development and operational excellence. His expertise will guide Tournament Solutions through its next phase of innovation and expansion.

He served as Senior Director, Callaway Performance Gear & Accessories Worldwide (2020-2025), where he grew the Golf Bag, Glove, Travel Gear, Headwear, and Accessories categories to all-time record high market shares and revenues. As Vice President of Sales for Titleist Golf Gear, Lucas grew the Global Golf Gear categories and led various sales initiatives during his 23-year tenure representing Titleist.

“With Brian at the helm, Tournament Solutions will be in an excellent position for future growth,” said John Lawrence, co-founder of Tournament Solutions. “Having had leadership positions in the two largest golf companies in the industry, Brian’s vision and expertise will be invaluable as Tournament Solutions continues to deliver exceptional value to its clients and partners. I look forward to assisting Brian with a seamless transition.”

Lawrence will be leaving Tournament Solutions at the end of March to be part of a leadership team for a start-up company focusing on securing corporate sponsorship for both professional golfers and golf organizations. Lawrence was instrumental in identifying new leadership for the company he co-founded in 2002.

Tournament Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ahead, LLC since 2020, is an industry leader in providing customized tournament gifting packages and merchandise for “green grass” professional events, and major championships.  The company offers a wide array of products at every price point and serves as a one-stop shopping source in golf.  Among the world-class brands offered by Tournament Solutions are TUMI, Kate Spade, Costa, and Bose.
