A massive upset is brewing in the suburbs of Chicago on Sunday. The 2026 Presidents Cup has reached its final day of competition and the International team is on the verge of making some history.
The International team holds a 10.5 to 7.5 lead after three days of team play over the Americans thanks to some incredible play from its top players. But now is where things can change quickly as 12 points are up for grabs with every member of each team participating in the singles match play format. The International team needs to grab just five points to win the cup for the second time in history after previously winning it back in 1998.
The Americans tend to flourish in the singles portion of play, and they’ll need it on Sunday as the U.S. team will need eight points to once again lift the trophy. It all begins at noon ET.
