2025 saw the brand, the product, and the company’s partner ecosystem grow to unprecedented levels. Original advancements and integration with other like-minded companies has dynamically expanded Whoosh’s overall functionality

MILL VALLEY, CA – Whoosh, Inc., a leading provider of modern operations software for golf, racquet and hospitality facilities, is marking their most successful year to date at this year’s PGA Show. 2025 was defined by numerous strategic partnerships, new product features and groundbreaking accomplishments, as Whoosh continued its progression toward broader exposure and adoption of its software in the golf industry.

“The PGA Show has become an annual checkpoint to reflect on our momentum, gauge how the industry is evolving and set the tone for what’s next,” said Colin Read, Whoosh CEO and Co-Founder. “This past year was packed with new features and functionality of our software as we continue to push the boundaries in the club space. Our product innovation and partnership approach have created modern tools which have expanded what’s possible for operators across all kinds of facilities. We’re proud of the progress and excited to keep pushing the industry forward.”

Strategic Partnerships

Customer insight has always guided our product strategy. By maintaining an ongoing feedback loop with operators, Whoosh chose to partner with the best-in-class providers for private clubs, public facilities, simulators, and racquet clubs that are capable of improving operator efficiency and ensuring the best member experiences.

  • Lightspeed Commerce Inc.: Known for its robust retail and membership capabilities, Lightspeed is the most modern point of sale and club management solution on the market, working to deliver state-of-the-art solutions for F&B, pro shop retail, membership data, and more, all under one roof. Through a deep integration with Whoosh’s cutting-edge tee sheet and reservation solutions, the combined offering is now the most advanced comprehensive club management solution in the industry.
  • Long Drive Agency: Whoosh’s modern club operations and reservations platform is now aligned with Long Drive Agency’s AI-Powered ClubChat tools to enhance all member communications, such as custom texts, club-wide emails and beautiful websites and member portals. This new integration will save staff time by unifying bookings, member data, calendars, and communications, eliminating repetitive tasks for club marketing teams and keeping information consistent across platforms.
  • Pace Technology: Connecting Whoosh’s modern tee sheet with Pace’s industry-leading GPS fleet management system allows course operators to have a more efficient workflow, resulting in better service and improved pace management. Whoosh is currently the only provider that enables two-way data flow with Pace meaning operators can now pull live pace-of-play data from Pace Technology back into the Whoosh tee sheet, giving them a single, unified view of on-course activity.
  • RemoteLock: Partnering with a leader in cloud-based access control solutions has enabled simulator facilities using both Whoosh and RemoteLock to easily grant access to only those with a confirmed reservation. This ability to eliminate the need for manual key exchanges or physical check-ins has reduced overhead costs for alternate golf operators while providing seamless customer experiences.

New Product Features

As a technology company that strives to modernize operations and create more hospitable experiences, regular development of new features on their software is at the core of Whoosh’s mission.

  • Alongside continued partnership with Square, Whoosh has enabled club staff to synchronize customer data across every touchpoint from punch passes, rain checks, gift cards and loyalty points to cards on file, house accounts, invoices and more. The greater POS support allows public operators to handle bookings, payments and customer profiles all in one connected platform. Square will join Whoosh on site at their booth at the PGA Show.
  • Whoosh and Golf Genius recently expanded their green-grass partnership to also serve the rapidly growing golf simulator market. Alongside this expansion, Whoosh has made focused internal investments to better support simulator-specific workflows, ensuring the companies can deliver an innovative, unified solution that helps operators manage league play, tournaments, and day-to-day reservations more efficiently.
  • Protecting against lost revenue remains a top priority for Whoosh. The ability to utilize AI-powered pricing directly into the Whoosh tee sheet helps public courses capture more revenue with less effort. This dynamic pricing feature, with the help of partner Priswing, allows facilities to automate pricing based on real-time demand, booking patterns, and lead time which maximizes tee sheet revenue and eliminates manual rate adjustments.

Where We’re Headed

As was the case in 2025, more new product features and exciting partnerships are in the works for 2026. Through their work with Lightspeed, Whoosh is continuing to offer the best private club CMS solutions available. Whoosh will also forge ahead with Square to build deeper integrations for public and “eatertainment” facilities.
