Spain’s Marta Martin fired a nine-under-par 63 on the final day of the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open to claim her first victory on the Ladies European Tour.

The 27-year-old from Madrid had produced rounds of 69 and 67 on the first two days to sit in a share of second place after 36 holes at Royal Beroun Golf Club. But she went on a birdie spree during the final day, rolling in seven consecutive birdies on holes 5-11 which helped her secure a four-shot victory with a total of 17-under-par.

It was Martin’s second professional victory and her second in Czechia after winning the Czech Ladies Challenge on the LET Access Series in 2023.

“I’m very very happy! Czechia has a special thing for me,” said the Spanish star. “It was a phenomenal round out there with many birdies and I really enjoyed it.”

England’s Rosie Davies finished in second place – her best ever result on the LET – after also firing a 63 on the final day. The 34-year-old rolled in six birdies on her back nine to secure a 63 and finish with a total of 13-under-par.

Finland’s Ursula Wikstrom, Wales’ Chloe Williams and Sweden’s Caroline Hedwall all finished in a share of third place on 12-under-par.
