BOSTON, Mass. – The 2026 holiday season is fast approaching, and finding the perfect gift for the golfer in your life who seemingly has it all can be a yearly challenge. Enter this year’s solution: For Golf & Country, a brand built at the intersection of the game of golf and American pride, whose handcrafted American flags made entirely from upcycled golf equipment are set to top high-end golf gift lists this year.

Each decorative flag transforms thirteen retired golf clubs into the stripes and fifty reclaimed golf balls into the stars, giving old gear a striking second life as a one-of-a-kind display piece.

“I’m thrilled to give these golf clubs and balls a second life, where golfers can show off their passion and patriotism,” said Lu Annatone, founder of For Golf & Country. “Our handcrafted American flag isn’t just another golf accessory; it’s a conversation piece that becomes part of the home where people genuinely enjoy seeing it every day.”

Every For Golf & Country flag begins as a set of well-loved, retired clubs and balls. From there, the process is entirely done by hand. Clubs are selected, prepared, and primed, then every component is hand-painted in a red, white, and blue palette. Golf balls are refinished and set as the fifty stars of the canton, and each finished piece is assembled and framed one at a time.

The result is a display that reads as a classic American flag from across the room, until you step closer and realize what it’s actually made of. Designed as a true conversation piece, the flag is made for the spaces where the game and American pride come together: golf lounges and man caves, golf simulator rooms, sports bars, country clubs, home offices, and more.

“That’s the difference between buying another golf gadget and giving someone something they’ll proudly display for years,” Annatone continued. “At For Golf & Country, we believe golf equipment should continue telling stories long after the final round, and each handcrafted piece celebrates both the game and the country we love.”

Each flag is available for $776 and is handcrafted in New England to order, with shipping available nationwide. Production and shipping lead times typically are between two to three weeks.
