LEHI, UTAH — Reef Capital Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and operations firm, today announced the launch of Reef Destinations, its collection of distinctive resort, club and residential properties united by iconic golf, irreplaceable locations and elevated hospitality.
The Reef Destinations portfolio currently includes Marcella spanning Deer Valley East Village and Park City, Utah; Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah; Cornerstone Club in Montrose, Colorado; Cormont in Deer Valley East Village, Utah; Tributer Resort in Mineral, Virginia, along the shores of Lake Anna; Sweetens Cove Golf Club in South Pittsburg, Tennessee; and The Albion on Historic Main Street in Park City, Utah. - Marcella pairs direct ski access with the first-ever Tiger Woods-designed mountain golf course and a future King Collins Dormer-designed 18-hole course, brought to life alongside Raintree Partners.
- Black Desert Resort is a desert oasis of championship golf, pickleball, exceptional accommodations and adventure set against the striking red rock landscapes of Greater Zion, and home to the Bank of Utah Championship.
- Cornerstone Club is a premier private club community spanning nearly 5,000 acres of pristine Colorado wilderness, centered around a Greg Norman and Matt Dusenberry-designed championship golf course.
- Cormont brings ski-in/ski-out living and an exclusive collection of residences with unparalleled mountain views in the heart of Deer Valley East Village, which Reef is developing in partnership with Extell Development.
- Tributer Resort is a master-planned community along the shores of Lake Anna, offering an award-winning 18-hole course inspired by local history, a forthcoming Tiger Woods’ TGR Design championship course, and additional world-class resort amenities across 1,000 acres.
- Sweetens Cove is a unique golf experience set amid the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, with a new course and property expansion planned for completion in 2027.
