Three unique models bring Tour-level craftsmanship to golfers ages 6-13

TINLEY PARK, Ill.,  — Bettinardi Golf today announced the launch of its Junior Series, a three-model lineup of putters built specifically for young golfers. The series marks the first time Bettinardi has designed equipment specifically for junior golfers, bringing the same American-made craftsmanship, premium materials, and precision milling found throughout the company’s Tour-trusted lineup.

The series includes three distinct models, each named for one of Sam Bettinardi’s children. The LB1 blade, named forLuciana, is built on the iconic, elegant BB1 silhouette that has anchored Bettinardi’s Tour lineup for decades. The DB1 mallet, named for Dominic, carries forward the trusted BB49 profile, offering the forgiveness of a compact mallet, best for players with a slight to moderate arc in their putting stroke. Completing the lineup, the MB1, named for Matteo and inspired from the SB2, introduces proven Simply Balanced™ zero-torque technology to junior golfers, promoting stability as they develop their putting stroke.

Each model features a lighter 330-gram head weight engineered specifically to offer younger players greater control, while preserving the responsive feel and balance that define Bettinardi putters. The Junior Series is also available in multiple lengths beginning at 26 inches, allowing golfers ages 6–13 to play equipment proportioned to their height.

“I’ve seen what the properly weighted putter does for a young player firsthand with my son Matteo, who’s been successfully rolling the MB1,” said Sam Bettinardi, President of Bettinardi Golf. “Putting became much more enjoyable for him with a properly weighted putter in his hands. He was able to feel the difference in control and consistency almost instantly.”

Crafted from the same premium materials used throughout Bettinardi’s production lineup, the Junior Series is made with Soft Carbon Steel, 303 Stainless Steel, and 6061 Aluminum, depending on model. Each model features Bettinardi’s Flymill face milling for consistent feel across the face, confidence-inspiring alignment features, premium components, and a matching grip and magnetic Junior Series headcover.

“In the growing junior golf market, most kids’ putters seem like an afterthought. Many brands only offer one head shape at best, and they’re cast overseas,” said Bettinardi. “The Junior Series is made the same way we make our Tour-level putters, with multiple head shapes, premium materials, and precision milling right here in the USA.”

The Junior Series will be available beginning July 30 at Bettinardi.com and select authorized retailers with MSRPs of $375 for the LB1, and $425 for the DB1 and MB1.
