Platform powers 41 Million Rounds Worldwide As Record Growth Continues

Wayne, PA — Golf Genius, the leading worldwide provider of cloud platforms for golf professionals, facilities, tours, and associations, today announced another year of record growth for its flagship product, Golf Genius Tournament Management (TM). The platform continues to attract new customers across major golf markets including North America, the UK, Ireland, Europe and Australasia, while experiencing strong growth in Japan, South Africa, France, Spain, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

In 2025, Golf Genius Tournament Management powered 41 million rounds of golf across 1.33 million events at nearly 11,000 golf facilities worldwide, a scale unmatched in the industry. On the busiest single day of the year, June 7, the platform concurrently managed 6,270 tournaments and 293,900 rounds of golf, underscoring its ability to perform reliably under peak demand. In addition to high performance at scale, TM continues to handle a wide range of tournament operations, from straightforward club tournaments to demanding multi-course, multi-day, multi-format competitions. For example, in 2025, customers used TM to run ten simultaneous tournament formats or more within a single event, including best ball, low gross/net, team and individual skins, quota, match play and singles — all while simply entering gross scores one time to generate all the leaderboards at once.

Golf Genius Tournament Management is trusted by an unparalleled range of organizations, from private clubs and public courses to governing bodies and global tours. Customers include the USGA, Golf Canada, England Golf, Golf Ireland, Wales Golf, the Japan Golf Association, Golf Saudi, the Singapore Golf Association, Golf NSW, the Legends Tour, the Faldo Series, and the PGAs of America, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Holland, Portugal, Switzerland, Japan, New Zealand, and the UAE.

Accelerating Leadership in the Simulator Golf Market

Simulator golf represents another rapidly expanding growth opportunity as operators seek tools to drive revenue, maximize bay utilization, improve efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. Golf Genius Tournament Management has quickly become the leading league and event management platform for simulator facilities, from small independent locations to large entertainment centers and tech-enabled ranges. The TM platform helps hundreds of operators boost bookings, drive engagement, and reduce administrative burdens by relying on TM’s innovative league and event management capabilities.

Continuous Investment in Reliability, Innovation and Support

System reliability and product innovation remain critical value drivers for Golf Genius customers. In 2025, Golf Genius Tournament Management achieved 100% uptime across all global regions while processing more than 8.5 billion server requests.

The Golf Genius engineering team invested more than 134,000 person-hours in TM development during the year, delivering more than 325 new features and major platform enhancements. These enhancements reflect direct feedback from customers and address real-world operational needs across all levels of the game.

Golf Genius customer support and services continue to deliver enormous value to TM customers around the world. 24/7 support and an expert support team have resulted in world-class customer satisfaction as measured by third-party surveys. In 2025, TM subscriber retention again reached more than 97%, clear evidence of success in meeting customer requirements.

Introducing an AI-Powered Assistant for Tournament Operations

Golf Genius is currently integrating a groundbreaking AI-powered assistant directly into Golf Genius Tournament Management and the Golf Genius mobile app. Designed as a fast, intelligent co-pilot for professional staff, the assistant enables users to execute critical game-day tasks through natural conversational commands.

These tasks include managing last-minute player changes, handling league-night substitutes, inserting blind draws for no-show players, adjusting tee assignments in real time plus much more. Mobile access, including voice input, allows staff to quickly resolve urgent issues from anywhere on property, or even off site, dramatically reducing stress during high-pressure events. This capability will be demonstrated at the PGA Show in Orlando.

“At Golf Genius, we believe value is delivered through high-quality products, exceptional reliability, superb customer service, and ongoing innovation,” according to Chris Kallmeyer, CEO of Golf Genius. “Our unwavering commitment to these principles has fueled our growth around the world. We’re excited to continue reinvesting in innovation, like our new AI-powered assistant, to deliver even more value to customers in 2026 and beyond.”

Golf Genius will be on site at the upcoming PGA Show in Orlando from January 20-23, 2026. To learn more about Golf Genius Tournament Management or any of the company’s products, visit booth #3113.
