WHY? This exercise increases hip rotation, which helps you rotate more in the golf swing!
Start lying on your left side, with the knees at a 90º angle stacked on top of one another.
Press the right knee (on top of the left knee), down into the left knee, and bring the right foot up off the left foot as high as you can. Keep the knees touching!
Repeat for the indicated reps on both sides!
