WHY? This stretch helps to increase hip mobility, which will help you rotate more in your golf swing!
Set a bench at a slight incline and place one leg on top with the shin and foot aligned with the incline.
Maintain an upright posture, push your hips back, and hinge forward over the leg on the bench to feel a stretch in the glutes.
Hold for 3-5 seconds, then return to the starting position.
Repeat on the other side by walking around the bench and facing the opposite way.
