The organization welcomes three distinguished professionals to its Board of Directors

Monterey, Calif. – Youth on Course – the nonprofit organization providing youth with access to life-changing opportunities through golf – is proud to announce the appointment of Nicole Knox, General Counsel of Breadcoin Foundation; Suzanne Norris, General Partner at Visible Ventures; and Ramesh Ragineni, Executive Vice President at Salesforce, to its 2026 Board of Directors.

“Each new Board member brings an incredible breadth of experience across law, technology, investment, and nonprofit leadership,” said Rick Paschal, Youth on Course Board Chair. “Their perspectives and passion for impact will play a key role as we continue expanding access to golf and the opportunities it creates for young people.”

Board members serve multi-year terms and support Youth on Course through strategic oversight, governance, and long-term planning as the organization continues to expand its programs and partnerships.

  • Nicole Knox, General Counsel of Breadcoin Foundation, was a four-year Varsity Women’s Golf Team scholarship athlete at Duke University and a Fulbright Scholar, teaching in Germany before earning her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. Nicole began her career at Latham & Watkins in New York and later founded her own practice, eventually serving as General Counsel to a private equity fund focused on high-end wine investments. She is based in Washington, D.C.
  • Suzanne Norris, General Partner at Visible Ventures, brings more than 15 years of operating experience. With a focus on sports and sports technology, Suzanne has invested through both the firm and her family office and has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards. She is currently a Trustee at The Winsor School and serves as Trustee and Vice President of the Sandy Beach Association. A former Varsity Golf Captain at Harvard, Suzanne’s lifelong passion for golf continues.
  • Ramesh Ragineni, Executive Vice President at Salesforce, leads the Industries Cloud team, overseeing the development of industry-specific cloud solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and product development, he has led large-scale initiatives across enterprise software, financial services, and e-commerce platforms.
