His expertise in intelligence planning, geospatial mapping, and multi-INT collection established a foundation of discipline, precision, and strategic foresight that now informs his leadership style in the private sector.
Transitioning into the world of media and marketing, Derrick became the driving force behind Casino Guitars’ YouTube channel, building it from the ground up into a thriving global community. Under his leadership, the channel amassed over 70,000 subscribers, 26.6 million views, and 2.5 million hours of watch time. He spearheaded content strategy, end-to-end video production, performance analytics, and audience development, transforming a small retail brand into a leading digital voice in the boutique guitar industry.
At VA Composites, Derrick will focus on leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, optimize digital marketing systems, and scale data-driven insights for both internal teams and global dealer networks.
