Plevin named Senior Director of Food and Beverage, Southeast

Scottsdale, Ariz.  – Troon®, the leader in providing golf and club-related leisure and hospitality services, is pleased to announce food and beverage industry veteran David Plevin has been promoted to Corporate Senior Director of Food and Beverage, Southeast. The promotion comes as part of Troon’s continued growth across all sectors of the golf and hospitality industries, and as part of a focused effort to drive continued Food & Beverage performance and innovation throughout its portfolio.

Based in the company’s Bradenton, Florida office, Plevin joined Troon in 2023 as a director of food and beverage. He had previously served as the general manager of Eagle Harbor Golf Club in Fleming Island, Fla. Over his career, which includes time at Cheesecake Factory, Longhorn Steakhouse and Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Plevin has developed and turned around multiple franchises and territories by focusing on culture and fiscal discipline. He enjoys developing team members and creating leaders with the confidence and decision-making needed to deliver exceptional results.
