Oceanside, CA) Sunday Golf, the fastest growing golf bag brand west of the Mississippi, has been named the Official Golf Bag of the 2025 Grass League Summer Grind, a high-stakes par-3 golf tournament taking place Saturday, August 30th and Sunday, August 31st at Goat Hill Park in Oceanside, California.
The Summer Grind, part of the 2025 Grass League season, will feature 44 two-person teams competing over two days and 36 holes in a no-stroke, low-gross format. Spectators can expect not only world-class competition but also post-round celebrations, including the Sunday (no affiliation) night concert headlined by singer-songwriter and surfer Donavan Frankenreiter. Tickets are available at https://grassleague.com/2025-summer-grind.
As the Official Golf Bag partner, Sunday Golf will provide Grass League certain teams with premium, lightweight golf bags. The partnership includes on-course and digital branding, custom Sunday Golf gear for participating players, and collaborative social media and YouTube content leading up to the event.
“Grass League brings a fresh, fun energy to golf, which is exactly what Sunday Golf is all about,” said Ronan Galvin, Founder & CEO of Sunday Golf. “Given that Goat Hill is in our back yard, and the high-level Par 3 competition on the course, the Summer Grind is the perfect fit for our bags.”
“Sunday Golf is redefining what a golf bag can be – lightweight, functional, and packed with personality,” said Jimmy Hoselton, Co-Founder & Head of Partnerships, Grass League. “We’re thrilled to have them as our Official Golf Bag partner and can’t wait for fans to see their products in action.”
The Summer Grind is the second stop in the Grass League’s 2025 season, following The Grass Clippings Open presented by Gila River Resorts & Casinos in April. The season will wrap with the Grass League Championship in December at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, Arizona.
Grass League features 11 franchise teams representing markets across North America, including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Minnesota, Michigan, Canada, Tampa Bay, New York, and Dallas. Team investors include Good Good Golf, 2023 U.S. Open Champion Wyndham Clark, Los Angeles Dodgers’ Manager Dave Roberts, Golf.com Founder Michael Lazerow, and investment firms Social Leverage and Eberg Capital.
