SRIXON’S ALL-NEW ZX MK II IRONS

SRIXON has announced the launch of the new ZX Mk II Irons which are designed for skilled golfers looking for longer distances, improved feel, more control, and greater consistency.

An all-new design characteristic exclusive to ZX7 Mk II Irons is ‘PureFrame’, which enhances feel by reducing unwanted vibrations. PureFrame is forged into the body of the iron – just behind the sweet spot – as an 80% thicker portion of 1020 carbon steel. The result is a remarkably soft, yet solid feeling at impact.

Meanwhile, the rest of the ZX Mk II Iron range features the second generation of Srixon’s MainFrame technology. MainFrame is a variable thickness pattern of grooves, channels, and cavities carefully milled into the back of ZX4, ZX5, and ZX Mk II Utility Iron faces that maximize flex at impact. It not only boosts ball speed, but also repositions mass away from the face and into the toe for better forgiveness and consistency on every shot.

ZX Mk II Irons feature Srixon’s Tour V.T. Sole and sole notches which helps maintain clubhead speed through impact for a clean, precise strike. The sole notches lessen drag by reducing the amount of surface area that contacts the ground to improve shot versatility without sacrificing forgiveness. They also feature progressive grooves, with the 3i-7i boasting wide grooves, ideal for longer shots in all conditions, while the 8i-AW have deeper, closer set grooves that cut through grass and debris to enhance spin on approach shots. Laser milling between each groove further enhances friction in all conditions.

ZX4 Mk II Irons
The ZX4 Mk II irons present game improvement forgiveness for mid-to-high handicap players. Behind the irons’ sleek address looks and premium forged feel is maximum forgiveness plus powerful distance. And it’s all thanks to a hollow head design with extra-strong lofts. Featuring a narrow topline, moderate sole width, our longest blade length, and our highest offset.

ZX5 Mk II Irons
ZX5 Mk II Irons offer low- to mid-handicap golfers the perfect union of razor-sharp looks, power, and playability. These cavity back, players distance Irons combine premium forged feel with advanced distance technology. Featuring a narrow topline with moderate sole width, blade length and offset.

ZX7 Mk II Irons
A players iron with tour-preferred looks and the pure feel of a premium blade, offering total control—ZX7 Mk II delivers it all. Featuring a compact shape, narrow topline, single-piece forging, and narrow sole.

Z-Forged II
Z-Forged II is a traditional muscle back blade iron designed in close collaboration with Srixon tour pros. Z-Forged II Irons offer crisp feel, maximum control, and pinpoint workability. Designed in close collaboration with Srixon’s professional tour staff, they features a razor-sharp address profile, forged construction, and a highly workable sole design.

Srixon Mark II ZX Utility iron

“While we’ve improved these irons in so many ways over the first generation of ZX Irons, we’ve also kept the sleek looks, pure feel, and core DNA of Srixon irons that golfers have come to expect,” said Lionel Caron, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Srixon Sports Europe. “The technologies driving the exceptional performance of the ZX Mk II Irons are really exciting to get into golfer’s hands. Longer distances, improved feel, more control, and greater consistency are seen throughout each new iron set, and they provide a seamless transition for building a combo set.”
