Purpose:
To reinforce postural alignment while activating the upper back and shoulder stabilizers.
Description:
Stand against a wall with your heels as close as possible while keeping your lower back, upper back, and head in contact with the wall. Hold a resistance band with both hands at shoulder height and slowly pull the band apart, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Return to the starting position with control.

Tips:
Keep wrists straight and avoid shrugging your shoulders. Maintain all wall contact points throughout the movement.
