WHY? This exercise will help you feel an exaggerated weight shift to get you using horizontal ground forces properly.
Stand tall, with straight legs and shift all your weight onto one foot, lifting the other foot off the floor.
“Fall” onto your other foot, shifting your weight so the other foot lifts off the floor.
Keep your knees straight here and just “rock” back and forth.
Repeat for reps.
