This October, the Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) is excited to present a powerful lineup of webinars designed to support retail professionals, sales representatives, and vendor partners across the golf industry.

From building stronger employee training programs and unlocking buyer insights to mastering golf shop marketing and optimizing retail space planning, each session delivers practical strategies and proven tools to help you excel in today’s competitive marketplace.

Whether you’re focused on elevating customer service, becoming a more buyer-savvy sales representative, crafting engaging social media, or fine-tuning your shop layout with data-driven decisions, AGM’s October webinars provide the education and inspiration you need to finish the year with confidence and impact.

The upcoming webinars are complimentary for AGM members and registration for non-members is available for $25 per session. As part of AGM’s commitment to continuous education and professional development, PGA members are eligible for 1 education credit for each webinar, while LPGA members can earn 2 credits of education per webinar. PGA of Canada Class ‘A’ members eligible for credit toward the Golf Operations Specialization: live attendees will receive 1 credit for a 1-hour webinar.
