CARLSBAD, Calif. – The 33-year-old product of Oklahoma State won the LIV Golf Andalucia tournament Sunday using Nippon Shaft’s N.S.PRO MODUS³ TOUR125 X steel shafts in his irons.
The champion shot rounds of 69-66-70 for an 8-under par total of 205 at the Valderrama course in southern Spain. It was his first victory in 2025 and amounted to a $4 million payday.
Meanwhile, on July 6, a 30-year-old Englishman won the BMW International Open in Munich using Nippon Shaft’s N.S.PRO MODUS³ Prototype X steel shafts in his irons and wedges at Golfclub Munchen Eichenried. It was the second DP World Tour victory for the champion, who shot rounds of 70-65-65-66—266 for a 22-under par total.
And on the JLPGA, the winner of the Shiseido JAL Ladies Open used another N.S.PRO MODUS³ Prototype S flex steel shafts in her irons and wedges for her third career JLPG victory.
