Rocklin, CA – The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) is excited to announce the latest episode of The Fairway to Retail Success, featuring Heather Hadley, Senior Buyer and Merchandise Manager at the iconic Haggin Oaks Golf Super Shop in Sacramento, California.

Heather is a 2022 graduate of the AGM Certified Retail Manager Program, and Haggin Oaks is a proud recipient of the 2025 AGM Best of the Best Top 10 Platinum Award. With a reputation for blending style, strategy, and customer care into every buying decision, Heather has helped set Haggin Oaks apart as one of the most innovative and successful golf retail operations in the country.

In this episode, Heather shares her journey in the golf retail world, from her path to becoming a senior buyer to the unique opportunities and challenges of managing one of the nation’s most recognized golf super shops. Listeners will learn how she curates vintage offerings, balances trends with customer expectations, leverages key metrics, and maximizes opportunities at trade shows like the PGA Show.

Beyond her shop leadership, Heather is a respected voice in the golf retail community. She currently serves on the Adidas Dassler Board and the NGBA Apparel Committee, is a former AGM Board Member for the Pacific/Hawaii region, and leads her team’s “Make Work Fun” committee at Haggin Oaks.
