Vista, California – GT Golf Supply (“GT”), a leading national distributor of golf accessories and facility supplies, announced today the acquisition of Jack Jolly & Son, Inc. (“Jack Jolly”), a historic regional distributor based in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The transaction strengthens GT’s presence in the Northeast and creates a dedicated distribution hub that complements the company’s existing business.

For over 50 years, Jack Jolly & Son has been a trusted name in the golf industry, known for reliable service and “Green Grass” relationships across the mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The acquisition enables GT to immediately strengthen its presence in this high-demand, densely populated region.

Continuity of Service and Local Expertise

GT Golf Supply emphasized that maintaining Jack Jolly’s hallmark service standards is a primary goal of the integration. GT will continue operating from the Cinnaminson, NJ, facility, ensuring that customers in the region continue to receive next-day delivery of essential items.

“This acquisition is a perfect strategic fit, enabling us to offer additional services and products to Jack Jolly’s current customer base,” said Derek Kane, President of GT Golf Supply. “We will continue the Jack Jolly name to honor its long-standing tradition and significance in the golf community. We look forward to honoring their legacy of service while bringing the full strength of GT’s supply chain and product catalog to these partners.”

Expanded Product Access for Northeast Partners

Through this acquisition, Jack Jolly’s existing customers will gain access to GT’s extensive portfolio, including its proprietary brands, such as Clicgear and Tempercraft. Conversely, GT plans to expand the distribution of Jack Jolly’s popular private-label glove line through its national network.

“For our customers, this transition means more choices and robust support,” said Ed McGugan, former owner of Jack Jolly & Son. “I am confident GT Golf Supply is the right steward for this business. They understand the importance of the local relationships we’ve built over five decades and have the infrastructure to take our customers to the next level.”

About GT Golf Supply

Since 1995, GT Golf Holdings, Inc. has been committed to delivering significant value to its partners as a leading wholesale distributor of golf accessories, providing exceptional service and availability. With a focused lineup—including Clicgear Push Carts and cart accessories, Tempercraft Premium Stainless-Steel drinkware, grips, training aids, Origins Trophies and Awards, and more—GT Golf is committed to enhancing the golf experience through quality, innovation, and unparalleled performance.
