Golf District Partners with MemberSports to Enable Course-Controlled Prepaid Tee Times and Resale on Course Websites

Reston, Va. — Golf District today announced a new partnership with MemberSports Tee Sheet, further expanding its network of ERP integrations across the golf industry.

With this addition, Golf District now integrates with leading tee sheet platforms including Member Sports, foreUP, Lightspeed, Sagacity, Club Prophet and Club Caddie, giving courses a seamless path to modern prepaid demand, regardless of their existing system.

The partnership reinforces Golf District’s position as a true differentiator for operators, delivering measurable results at zero cost. Whether a course is considering prepaid, currently using deposits, or running pre-auth models, Golf District provides a common-sense solution to prepaid that protects revenue without damaging golfer relationships.

“The conversation around prepay has changed,” said Josh Segal, co-CEO of Golf District. “Courses more than ever have the desire to go prepaid but also don’t want to be cast as the bad guy. We give them a smarter model, one that’s proven across multiple tee sheets to drive up to 40% higher average daily rate, eliminate no-shows entirely, and fill tee sheets sooner.”  In 2025, the average round booked on Golf District was 19 days out. Golf District’s prepaid infrastructure attracts predictable, low-risk, high-value golfers and fills tee sheets earlier.

Golf District enables:

  • 100% prepaid, course-owned checkout: Golfers book and pay upfront (non-refundable) directly through the course’s own booking engine/website, locking in revenue early.
  • Operator-controlled resale (SeatGeek-style): Golfers can relist/resell tee times on the course’s own platform, with the operator setting the rules, pricing guardrails, and controls to protect integrity and keep brokers/bots out.
  • No-shows + “short-shows” collapse: Prepaid commitment dramatically reduces fallout, and any cancellations can be instantly relisted for resale instead of becoming dead inventory.
  • Faster tee sheet fill + clearer demand signals: When golfers choose to relist a tee time, it becomes available for resale quickly, helping courses refill openings faster while revealing true demand and price sensitivity.
  • More value per tee time: Courses capture premium rack rate (or better ADR) on the first sale and earn incremental revenue participation on every resale, creating multiple monetization layers per slot.

“We’re excited to bring Golf District’s technology to our Golf Courses,” said Nick Anderson, CEO at Member Sports. “Our platforms and philosophies align seamlessly, giving courses a powerful, golfer-friendly way to drive demand and protect revenue.”

Unlike fragmented or payment-first solutions, MemberSports owns and supports its software end-to-end, giving operators one partner, one platform, and a consistent experience across every part of their operation. The platform supports an open payment architecture, allowing facilities to use their preferred merchant processor or take advantage of MemberSports’ integrated processing options, which are designed to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency. With a focus on flexibility, operational efficiency, and golfer experience, MemberSports helps facilities simplify workflows, lower operating expenses, and confidently scale as their operations and amenities continue to grow.

About Golf District

Golf District is a course-controlled prepaid tee time platform built for operators. Golf District integrates with a course’s existing tee sheet provider, enabling 100% prepaid bookings sold directly through the course’s own website and an on-brand resale option where golfers can relist tee times under operator-set rules and pricing guardrails that protect tee sheet integrity. By eliminating no-shows and short-shows and converting returned times into resellable inventory, Golf District helps courses improve utilization and unlock incremental revenue participation on resales, while giving golfers access to tee times they couldn’t get before. Golf District is free for courses to implement.
