Top Collegiate Golfers Tee it Up Electronically & Go Head-to-Head with the Bryan Bros for a Chance to Win Foresight Sports QuadMAX Launch Monitors for Their School
San Diego, CA– Foresight Sports, the global leader in launch monitor and golf simulation technology, today announced the launch of the inaugural College Royale, a first-of-its-kind simulator golf tournament, providing collegiate athletes a fresh and exciting competitive arena. The event will coincide with the fourth annual Folds of Honor Collegiate, held at the Jack Nicklaus-designed American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, Michigan.
While the Folds of Honor Collegiate and the College Royale are separate, they are more than just golf tournaments; they’re a celebration of college sports, a nurturing ground for golf’s rising stars, and a heartfelt salute to the families of American heroes.
A New Tournament for Collegiate Golf
The College Royale will take place on September 8th at the Holiday Inn Grand Haven – Spring Lake. Preliminaries are scheduled from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM EST, followed by the finals from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM EST. The competition will feature up to 130 male and female student-athletes in a closest-to-the-pin challenge to crown both team and individual champions. Foresight Sports’ advanced simulator technology will ensure a level playing field, with every competitor facing the same shot on the same hole under identical conditions.
“College Royale is about more than just competition. It is about showing what happens when technology and tradition meet,” said Jeff Foster, president of Revelyst Golf Technology. “Powered by Foresight Sports, simulator golf creates equal conditions for every athlete and opens new doors for college programs. It is a powerful glimpse into the future of the sport.”
Three Chances to Win a Foresight Sports Launch Monitor
Adding to the excitement, Foresight Sports will award eight QuadMAX Launch Monitors to the winning schools. The top three male and female individuals in the finals will compete against golf entertainment duo, The Bryan Bros, in a closest-to-the-pin contest, with each winner securing a Foresight QuadMAX Monitor for their school. Additionally, the top two men’s and women’s teams with the best closest-to-pin average will battle it out for the chance to win three Foresight QuadMAX Launch Monitors for their institution.
College Royale Footprint
The event footprint will feature a dynamic 130-foot by 40-foot tent showcasing four state-of-the-art “SIM IN A BOX” simulators powered by Falcon Launch Monitors, massive LED leaderboard screens, and a variety of engaging fan experiences, from food, beverage and ice cream stations to a photo booth and massage chairs, creating a destination for both competition and comfort.
