Purpose:
To build better balance and control at full swing speed by reinforcing a stable finish position.
Description:
Perform a normal, full-speed golf swing and hold your finish position for 3–5 seconds. Your weight should shift to your lead leg, chest facing the target, and trail foot up on the toe. The goal is to maintain balance and body control after a realistic swing.
Equipment:
Golf club
Tips:
Don’t decelerate—commit to the swing speed. Focus on holding your finish without wobbling or stepping.
