This milestone reflects the growing commitment among golf retailers to continued education and professional growth as they strive to elevate their operations and enhance the member and guest experience.

The Certified Retail Manager Program is designed for buyers, merchandisers, and golf professionals seeking to strengthen their business acumen and leadership in golf retail. Ideal candidates include:
- Director of Retail / Merchandiser / Buyer
- Assistant Buyer / Merchandising Assistant
- Pro Shop Manager
- Director of Golf / PGA or LPGA Professional

- Retailing or PGM Student / Intern
PGA Members receive PGA Education PDR credits for completion of each course within the CRM Program. Each class earns 2 PGA Education PDRs.

- Explore the fundamentals of golf shop operations—from buying strategies to inventory turn optimization.

Live online sessions offer flexibility for busy professionals including evening sessions, with additional instructor support and drop-in study sessions held throughout the year.
