Schedule | 13 Events Including Two New Hosts

Dallas, TX – The ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour (WAPT) announced today its 2026 season schedule, featuring 13 tournaments across 11 states, including two new host markets in Michigan and Wisconsin.

The 2026 season will open April 8 and end September 13 at the Tour Championship, where the top performers in the Callaway Race to Qualifying and the ANNIKA 20 presented by Southern Company will be recognized.

“We are looking forward to a strong 2026 season and are excited to introduce new events in Michigan and Wisconsin,” said Gary DeSerrano, ANNIKA WAPT Founder. “With the ANNIKA WAPT continuing to grow in international interest, next year’s competition will be exceptionally strong. Earning a place in the ANNIKA 20 presented by Southern Company or finishing in the top five of the Callaway Race to Qualifying will be a significant achievement.”

The addition of Michigan and Wisconsin expands the tour’s reach and enhances a schedule that spans from the Gulf Coast to the Rocky Mountains and the Midwest.

APRIL

The season kicks off with two events in Louisiana. First is the Lake Charles Championship (April 8–11), contested at Contraband Bayou Golf Club and L’Auberge Casino Resort. Following this is the Coke Dr Pepper Open (April 16–18) in Alexandria, the site of LPGA Tour member Jessica Porvansik’s 14-under-par victory in 2020. The opening series of tournaments concludes with the long-running Taco Bell Natchez Classic (April 22–28) at Beau Pré Country Club in Natchez, MS, which is hosting the event for the sixth year in a row.

MAY

May on the schedule kicks off with the Abilene Women’s Open (May 6–8), the event where Australia’s Jennifer Elliot achieved her first professional victory last year, finishing at 12-under par.

The tour then heads to Broken Arrow, OK, for the FCA Women’s Championship (May 13–15). This was the site of Hailey Jones’s first of two 2025 titles, a two-stroke win over South Africa’s Kajal Mistry.

Concluding the month is the second annual Destination Grapevine Texas Women’s Open (May 27–29), which will be held at Grapevine Golf Course just north of Dallas, TX.

JUNE

Following a two-week hiatus, the tour returns to Whitmore Country Club from June 18–20 for the St. Louis Women’s Championship. This event is back for its second year, having quickly established itself as a favorite among players and fans. Canada’s Megan Osland is the reigning champion, having clinched the 2025 title with a dramatic 30-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole.

The eighth stop on the schedule is the OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois Championship (June 25–28). This tournament returns as a dual-tour event with the APT, utilizing both Metamora Fields Golf Club and WeaverRidge Golf Club. California’s Ellie Slama dominated the 2025 field, winning with an impressive 22-under-par total.

June concludes and July begins with a notable new addition: the Michigan Women’s Open (June 30–July 2) in Thompsonville. Already a respected championship, it joins the ANNIKA WAPT, benefiting from enhanced visibility, a significant increase in prize money, and a deeper, more competitive field. “Hosting an event of this caliber on our Mountain Ridge course speaks volumes about the level of competition and quality of golf in northern Michigan,” stated John Melcher, CEO of Crystal Mountain.

JULY

The July schedule for the ANNIKA WAPT features two exciting events. First is the Texarkana Children’s Charities Open (July 15–18), hosted at Texarkana Country Club. Now in its sixth year, this established tournament has crowned notable champions, including Kristen Gillman (2020), Grace Kim (2021), and Bi Shin (2023).

Later in the month, the tour introduces the Wisconsin Women’s Championship (July 29–31) at TPC Wisconsin in Madison. This marks the first professional women’s golf event held in the state since the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic in 2019. Tournament Director Dave Olesczuk remarked, “Bringing the ANNIKA WAPT to this region is more than just hosting a golf event. It’s a chance to showcase incredible talent, inspire young golfers, and deliver significant economic impact to the community.”

AUGUST

The Colorado Championship at Todd Creek (Aug. 18–21) is the sole August event. After it’s inaugural showing, this event has become a favorite, celebrated for its scenic course and outstanding hospitality. In 2025, Jieni Li from Illinois secured her first professional title here with a 12-under par finish in front of the largest crowd in ANNIKA WAPT history.

SEPTEMBER

The Heritage Classic Tour Championship marks the season’s conclusion, running from September 10–13 at Rolling Hills Country Club in Wichita, KS—the celebrated “Birthplace of the LPGA.” This final event is critical as it offers players their last chance to claim a coveted top-five spot in the Callaway Race to Qualifying. North Carolina’s Mal Fobes was the champion in 2025, securing a dramatic two-stroke victory over Megan Osland and China’s Sophie Guo.
