This iconic trophy features a crystal centerpiece shaped as the state of Texas and the Valero flag, encircled by intricately hand-sculpted bronze depictions of San Antonio’s most recognizable landmarks. These include The Alamo, San Fernando Cathedral, the Tower of Life, Tower of the Americas, Frost Tower, Marriott Rivercenter, the Torch of Friendship, and the famed San Antonio River Walk.
The bronze perpetual trophy stands atop a three-tiered oak wood base, honoring past champions of the Valero Texas Open dating back to 1922, while the Champion’s trophy is mounted on a single-tier oak wood base.
