Oblique/ql Stretch

WHY? This drill/exercise is focuses on stretching the oblique and lower back muscles that assist in side bend and maintaining spine angle.
Setting up inside the door frame, place closest arm on frame at hip height. Place opposite arm overtop.
Leg of side being stretch will stay stationary. Opposite leg will cross in front of stationary leg.
Use bottom hand to push against wall to feel stretch in oblique and QL.
