A golf glove ensures you have a great connection with the club in your hand.

With the right golf glove on, you can swing through a shot with full speed and improve your chance of long distance and accuracy.

I always wear a glove when I play golf, and although I prefer the Titleist player’s gloves (more on this glove below), there are plenty of other good choices on the market for women golfers. Here are some of the best options out there.

Titleist Players Golf Glove – Best Overall

Top Pick

Titleist Players Golf Glove (Women's)

Material: Leather

Sizes: S, M, L

Pros

  • Incredible feel
  • Impressive construction and longevity
  • Very thin and breathable

Cons

  • Won’t hold up as long as a synthetic glove
  • It is more expensive than other options

The Titleist Players golf glove is my favorite women’s golf glove and the one that I personally choose to wear when I play (pictured below). I love that it has a little extra traction between the grip and my hands, allowing me to increase speed and performance.

Titleist Players Golf Glove

With the Players glove, the thin and premium leather material ensures that I don’t feel as though there is a barrier between me and the club. In addition, the breathable fabric is comfortable to wear.

I still take my Player’s glove off when I’m putting, but overall this is a really strong choice for women golfers that care about feel, precision, and long-term performance.

Material: Synthetic, Leather, Mesh

Sizes: S, M, L

Pros

  • Very affordable
  • Good durability
  • Breathable mesh on glove exterior
  • Plenty of cushion and support

Cons

  • It can feel a little thick

The FootJoy WeatherSof is the glove I played with all through junior golf. It has a breathable mesh material that makes it a very comfortable and flexible golf glove. Although this one is often considered the value type choice, it’s got a lot of great features.

One of the things that really stands out about the FootJoy WeatherSof is the ability to get a secure and consistent fit on your hands. With the way they incorporated synthetic and leather into the grip, you get a stretchy material that just wraps around the hand well.

The enhanced thickness in the glove is both a good and a bad thing. It’s good that you get more protection if you get blisters etc. It’s not the best if you’re looking for the best feel. The simple solution here is to just take the glove off when chipping and putting.

Callaway Dawn Patrol Women’s Golf Glove – Best for Moisture Absorption

Best for Sweaty Hands

Callaway Dawn Patrol Women's Glove

Material: Leather

Sizes: S, M, L

Pros

  • Premium leather feel
  • Reduces moistures
  • Thin and light feel

Cons

  • It will wear down easily if it gets wet often

The Callaway Dawn Patrol Women’s golf gloves have some great technology in place for reducing moisture in the hands. I won’t say this is a rain glove material, but it holds up quite well if you have sweaty hands or play golf early in the morning when it’s humid and wet.

With the Callaway Dawn Patrol, you benefit from the Opti Fit Adjustable closure. Getting the perfect feel and fit is not difficult. One thing to remember here is the extra moisture absorption in the cuff; essentially, any way you look at it, this glove is prepared for a wet day on the course.

I like the thin feel and the perforations on the top of the hand that helps to improve breathability.

Make sure to let the Callaway Dawn Patrol dry completely before putting it away – it’ll help it last a lot longer.

Zero Friction Ladies Compression Fit – Best Fitting Women’s Golf Glove

Best Fitting

Zero Friction Ladies Compression-Fit Golf Glove

Material: Synthetic, Mesh

Sizes: S, M, L

Pros

  • Breathable feel
  • Tight-fitting and secure
  • Fair pricing

Cons

  • Mesh material can rip easily

The Zero Friction Ladies Compression Fit gloves first stood out to me because of the fair pricing. However, after learning more about the gloves, I think they suit many women golfers.

With the Zero Friction Compression Fit, you will find that the glove feels as though it is custom made for your hand. Remember that a tight-fitting glove in golf is a good thing. If there is loose material between you and your club, it defeats the purpose of having a golf glove in place.

In addition, Zero Friction incorporated a lot of mesh into the design, which makes this a great option for summer golf. If you care about breathability and comfort, the Zero Friction Ladies Compression Fit is one that should be on your list.

Material: Synthetic, Mesh, Leather

Sizes: S, M, L

Pros

  • Aloe vera Cabretta leather
  • Moisture control
  • Nice flexibility

Cons

  • The thin mesh material can rip
  • Not the best for longevity

The FootJoy StaCooler golf glove is a great choice for women golfers that enjoy their time in the summer on the golf course. The mesh technology makes this one of the coolest golf gloves in the game.

If you are a player that deals with sweaty hands at all, you may find the FootJoy StaCooler helps control that a bit.

In addition, FootJoy included an aloe vera cabretta leather technology that does feel soft when you put your hand in the glove. It does almost feel as though you are putting cream on your hand, which is a nice touch considering that most gloves can leave you feeling either sticky or dry after the fact.

Giggle Golf Women’s Golf Glove – Best Patterns

Best Patterns

Giggle Golf Women's Golf Glove

Giggle Golf Women’s Golf Glove

Combines fashion with function, offering diverse patterns and a fun look. Made with spandex for a stretch feel, these gloves ensure a tight fit with an adjustable strap, successfully bridging function and performance.

Check Price on Amazon

Materials: Leather, Spandex

Sizes: S, M, L

Pros

  • Flexible and breathable material
  • Easy to get the right fit with spandex incorporated into the glove
  • Many patterns to choose from

Cons

  • No basics, if you just like white gloves
  • It may not have the same longevity as a Titleist or Callaway

I would have to test the Giggle Golf Women’s golf gloves a bit more to decide if they can hold up from a longevity standpoint when compared to Titleist and Callaway.

My first impression of these gloves is that they are great looking and have tons of fun patterns, but they aren’t necessarily built for the low handicapper trying to shoot low each time out on the course. If you are in the market for fashion, patterns, and fun, however, this is a glove that will really stand out.

Giggle Golf did use some good materials to make it more of a spandex and stretch feel. The adjustable strap also ensures that you can get a tight fit. Overall, I think this company is doing a good job bridging that gap between function and performance on the golf course.

I would, however, recommend an additional glove, like a WeatherSof or a Callaway Dawn Patrol, for those days when you need the durability and not necessarily the “look.”

Bionic Women’s Relief Grip 2.0 – Best for Arthritis

Best for Arthritis

Bionic Women's ReliefGrip 2.0 Golf Glove

Materials: Spandex

Sizes: S, M, L, XL

Pros

  • Support in the hands and wrists
  •  Comfortable and helpful for arthritis
  • Lycra between fingers for more breathability

Cons

  • Can be difficult to feel the club in the short game

The Women’s Bionic Relief Grip 2.0 is the best women’s golf glove for arthritis. If your hands are difficult to bend when you grip the club, the Bionic Relief Grip 2.0 could be the solution. With impressive support and a triple row finger grip that helps you reduce pressure, there is a lot of technology in this glove.

I’m impressed mostly by the pain relief that this offers golfers. Arthritis can feel like a game-ending issue, but the Bionic Relief Grip 2.0 can get you back out on the course. The spandex between the fingers also makes the glove a little more breathable.

Materials: Leather, Mesh

Sizes: S, M, ML, L

Pros

  • Softer feel
  • Secure closure that keeps a tight fit
  • Moisture control with mesh for flexibility

Cons

  • A little thicker than a player’s glove

The FootJoy StaSof is yet another option in the FootJoy lineup that really stands out for women golfers. I love the soft feel of the StaSof and the fact that it works well regardless of the weather.

I again can’t give this glove full credit in the rain, but in light drizzle and humid conditions, it holds up really well. In addition, the PowerNet mesh improves breathability. Although I rated the FootJoy WeatherSof quite high when it comes to value, I would prefer to play with a StaSof any day.

The way it fits, the performance leather material, and the overall longevity also make this a strong choice for your next golf glove. Don’t put up with a club that is slipping in your hand or a blister that won’t go away – a StaSof glove can fix the issue for you.

One more quick benefit about the StaSof is the fact that it comes in a “Medium/Large” size, something that you don’t have in other gloves for women.

FAQs for Women’s Golf Gloves

Here are a few of the most commonly asked questions about the best women’s golf gloves on the market.

What Are The Top Things to Look for in a Quality Glove?

The most important thing to look for in a glove is the feel, followed by fit and longevity. A golf glove has to help improve your feel and connection with the club; -that is the purpose of the glove. Make sure it has a tight fit and that you take care of it so it lasts more than just a few rounds.

What’s The Difference Between Men’s and Women’s Golf Gloves?

The sizing is the main difference between men’s and women’s golf gloves. The women’s golf glove sizing is smaller, it’s also hard to find women’s cadet sizes, and you can easily find that for men.

How Do You Determine Your Golf Glove Size?

Some golf glove manufacturers will give you a size chart that you can hold your hand up to in order to determine glove size. Although sizing varies from one company to another, once you know if you are small, medium, or large, you can usually apply that to any glove manufacturer.

How Often Should You Replace Your Golf Gloves?

Golf gloves usually need to be replaced every 20 or so rounds of golf. If you don’t take care of the glove, you may only get 10 rounds out of it. If you’re smart about taking care of the glove, you may see 25.
